Job Responsibilities:• Trusted advisor and Chief of Staff to GS15 Division Chief • Project Manager managing scope and schedule for multiple development projects which span every facet of the organization• Lead Operations Manager; Manage operational schedules, outages, and concerns and provide frequent updates to the GS15 Division Chief• Review, modify or compose team and/or program documentation, i.e., reports, plans, or SOP's to ensure accuracy and relevancy of content• Oversee and lead all aspects of project response development and execution planning, developing, organizing, and monitoring project schedules• Lead day-to-day task management for multiple cross-functional teams, maintain responsibility for the quality control and configuration management of all work performed, ensure all deliverables meet requirements of the contract and are delivered on time, elevate risks early, and communicate the status of the project to stakeholders • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, manage and report the status of all project management and technical activities, and work with personnel ranging from senior leadership (GO/FO/SES) to highly specialized engineers• Participate and lead client engagements, including strategic analysis, planning, execution of solutions, and interface directly with the client in the execution of duties, as necessaryRequired Skills:• Active TS/SCI clearance• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, or similar with a minimum of 7 years' experience.• 4 or more years SETA experience • 5 or more years working in a DoD front office environmentDesired Skills:• Must be able to provide examples of Visio, MS-Project, and/or PowerPoint you created • Proven written and oral communication skills - Must be able to provide examples of written correspondence • Resolve to create new projects and see them through to completion while promoting a sensible and logical approach to issues • Strong self-organization and self-management skills with emphasis on self-initiation and follow through • Ability to multi-task in a dynamically changing environment influenced by superior time management skills • Keen creativity skills while able to maintain well-being in a fast-paced environment #techjobs #clearance #DISACESO Job Summary This job is reserved for TCS (Technology and Consulting Services) only. Pay Transparency Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
