Savvee Consulting is seeking to hire a

Project Manager to support our federal client in

Arlington, VA. This position requires employees to be at the work facility. Candidates must be comfortable managing a team and liaising with the customer on issues, statuses, and other contract-related mattersThis position is contingent upon award of contract.

Essential Functions
  • Managing a team of analysts to execute to contract successfully
  • Organizing, planning, scheduling, and other general management of the contract.
  • Presenting and discussing statuses of activities, requirements, and issues with staff members and government customers
  • Preparing monthly reports
  • Maintaining electronic ReMAG library
  • Ensuring the preparation of various reports including:
    • Bi-weekly dashboard current status of work performed
    • TSA Global Report TSA warehouse inventory report
    • ReMAG Tracker daily report on status of all equipment
    • AdHoc report/data Calls
    • SOPs
    • Training Manual
    • Directives Log
  • Participating in conference calls/meetings/etc.
  • Conducting Program Management Reviews (PMRs) monthly to present detailed status, review action items, program areas, etc.
  • Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to client
  • Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support

Education & Training
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum Experience & Skills
  • Five or more years of logistics experience
  • Previous management experience
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – including excellent phone etiquette
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
  • Previous experience with Planning Guide and Design Standards (PGDS) and Checkpoint Requirements and Planning Guide (CRPG)

Desired Experience/Certifications & Skills
  • PMP Certificate
