Develops software/systems testing procedures and conducts tests
Design and implement testing plans for IT related products and services
Identify test procedures and scenarios for the quality control of IT products and services
Provide cross functional support to help resolve defects and errors of IT products
Assesses performance of IT products and services to ensure they meet established quality standards
Collect and communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to various IT teams
Resolve complex product issues and track progress
Identify areas for improvement to enhance the product's efficiency
Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meet end-user expectations
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology and trends in IT quality assurance
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:Education :
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science or Management Information Systems preferred)
Required Experience :
5+ years of experience in a professional capacity
Required Skills & Abilities :
Automated ALM testing - writing tests, running tests
Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes
Experience with Agile (Scrum) (VersionOne preferred)
Experience in running integration tests and working with developers to resolve coding issues
Experience running SQL and analyzing data
Microsoft Office skills (in particular data manipulation in Excel)
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work well in a large team of diverse personalities
Security Clearance Level :
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
The security clearance for this program requires the selected candidate to have resided in the US for the past five years. The selected candidate cannot have left the country for longer than 90 consecutive days and no more than 180 cumulative days.
