QA Automation Engineer

Position: Automation Engineer

• Java, API, and Selenium
• Test design and execution in performance and robustness for cloud-ready & microservices-based cloud-native architecture for release and PI
• Coding experience with automated testing Selenium Web driver or Hybrid frameworks using Java, tools, services, and physical device.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans, scenario analysis, and test cases for API services testing, and Robustness areas.
• Hands-on Experience of Automation Framework Creation and Optimization.
• Knowledge of continuous integration using Jenkins, GIT or any other tool.
• Good understanding of API, Microservices, and Test Methodologies for APIs.
• Hands-on Experience of API Testing Tools like Postman, SOAP UI, or ReadyAPI.
• Good Understanding of Enterprise Level Implementation of APIs and API Deployment Platform.
• Experience in developing manual and automation test cases with JIRA/QMetry or any other tracking tools
• Experience in designing and developing scalable, flexible, and cross-platform automation test frameworks.
• Provide the overall QA status reporting and escalate risks promptly to management and assist in resolution.
• Responsible for ongoing continuous improvement to build testing efficiency and effectiveness through innovative QA practices and automation tools.
• Candidate should have basic skills or knowledge of groovy scripting or any other scripting knowledge to automation microservices API endpoints.
