Nidra Packaging is a Beverage manufacturer based in Chesapeake VA. We provide co-packing services to a multitude of beverage brands. We are a fast growing company and looking for a quality control Tech.Communication Skills:

QCTs need to effectively communicate their findings and recommendations to others.

Problem-Solving:

They need to be able to identify problems and propose solutions to improve quality and efficiency.

Industries:

QCTs are employed in a wide range of industries, including:

Manufacturing: Automotive, electronics, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals.

Construction: Ensuring materials and workmanship meet standards.

Healthcare: Ensuring the quality of medical devices and products.

Technology: Testing software and hardware.

How to Become a Quality Control Technician:

Education:

While a formal degree is not always required, a high school diploma or equivalent is typically needed.

On-the-Job Training:

Many companies provide on-the-job training to equip individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Certifications:

Some industries may require or prefer specific certifications, such as those related to quality control or specific industries.

Experience:

Experience in manufacturing, quality control, or related fields can be beneficial.

We will also be obtaining SQF certification.
