Our Radiology Transporter will work under the supervision of the Department Director or Clinical Lead and assist the imaging staff in providing patient care. You will deliver high quality, patient-centered care services related to any transports needed within the facility.

  • You will safely transport patients to assigned areas and adhere to all appropriate hospital and regulatory policies.
  • You will clean the transport equipment daily, replenish oxygen tanks, stock linens and keep the blanket supply replenished in the appropriate warmers.
  • You will assist the radiology technologist with patient transfers and observations.
  • You will assist as needed with department clerical duties that may include assembling and maintaining charts, filing, answering and transferring phones, and relaying messages.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Previous healthcare experience is preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association.

  • Full-time
