Real Estate Development Executive in Rixeyville, VA 22737

Compensation : $60,000 (based on experience and education)

Employment Type : Full-time 10a-6pm or Part-Time 12pm-6pm

The Real Estate Development Executive role is a highly pro-active and critical position responsible for site selection, market analysis and sales of new and/or pre-existing development projects.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Drafting sale presentations to company real estate executives for bringing their brands and developments to owned properties, focusing on sales and closings.

Sending sale presentations and working with potential buyers, brands and developers

Research of county and town/city zoning classifications and development rules

Analyze residential and commercial/retail/MOB/office development opportunities

Conduct financial analysis of development opportunities, including creating pro-forma and financial models for review

Refine site selection criteria and identify new potential markets for expansion

Research and analyze market demographics and comparable properties

Qualifications :

Minimum of 3 years experience in real estate, office, sales, development, property management or related fields

Ability to file records both soft/digital and hard/paper copies

Ability to find and build rapport with clients

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

MUST be computer/tech savvy

Payroll experience and Active Notary Publica plus
