Receptionist

Apple Door Systems has an immediate opening for a customer service manager at our Chesterfield location. This position works close with our dispatch department and has tons of room for advancement!

Our ideal candidate would have a previous experience in the construction, trucking, or like industry. Must have good computer skills and excellent telephone manner, and must enjoy working with people on the phone and in person. Must be highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and ability to resolve issues a MUST!

Duties Include: answering phones, taking service calls, scheduling appointments, working to solve customer's problems, assisting walk-in customers, parts sales, and other duties as assigned.

Position hours are 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday. Punctuality and amazing attendance a must.
