Our client, a leading financial company is hiring a Recruiter Analyst on a contract basis.
Work Location: Norfolk, VASummary: Manager is looking for someone out of a recruiting background. Someone who is very familiar with Applicant tracking and recruitment systems. Does not care can be any company system Workday, Bullhorn, Jobdiva, etcApplicant will not be a recruiter rather will work hand in hand with the client to set up and configure applicant tracking software. Help clients with new implementation. Tech Savy. Spot is on site in Norfolk and can be a RTH or straight Contract. Position is a minimum of 6 months but can go longer. Performs business process analysis, consultation, design, implementation, deployment, and documentation. Documents customer requirements and configures applications to meet customer-specific business processes. Interfaces with customers during design and deployment of business solutions.
