Job Description:

Support recruitment, marketing, and hiring operations for our federal client through community outreach and diversity initiatives.

A successful Recruitment Marketing Outreach Analyst is detail-oriented in their written communications, diligent in their follow-through, and creates engagement and positive employer brand awareness among diverse groups and organizations to drive recruitment outreach and talent acquisition goals.

Client: Transportation Security Administration (TSA)

Job Responsibilities

  • Messaging and tracking- Create templated outreach messages (using tracked links to maintain correspondence records and enable data input) and maintain clear records for tracking and reporting purposes.

    Design and content creation - Oversee proper implementation of brand style guidelines to ensure consistent visual and verbal positioning.

    Project management - Support recruitment marketing and employer brand awareness and engagement activities with diverse audiences (such as Veterans, Individuals with Disabilities, Women, Students, and the LGBTQ+ community).

    Outreach - Conduct outreach through email (as well as phone calls and text campaigns) to the local community and share information about our client's job opportunities and upcoming recruitment events. Common contacts include but are not limited to Department of Labor and Workforce Center, Colleges and Universities, Police and Fire Departments, Chambers of Commerce, Local Government, Veteran Organizations, Military Installations and TAP Centers, Public Libraries, and other Community Organizations.

    Research - Find, build, and maintain relationships with community and diversity partners. Identify in-person job fairs for high school or graduate students, veterans, IWD, minorities and other diverse market segments.

    Events - Serve as brand ambassador at various events, on behalf of the client, such as career fairs or on-campus recruiting events, as needed.
  • Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (1-3 years) in marketing, recruiting, HR, or related field.

    Other Job Specific Skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Experience building successful outreach and recruitment programs. Experience developing rapport with external partners and communities and comfortable with prospecting and being creative to find and establish relationships through emails and calls. An aptitude for research and attention to detail, with strong follow-up skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Strong computer and communication skills required, including Microsoft Office, as well as other outreach and communication tools (such as CircaWorks). An understanding of the needs and challenges facing diverse populations (including veterans) and experience with recruiting, outreach, and engagement programs to meet those needs. Must work well individually and as a member of a team, while being adaptable, professional, and motivated.
