Job Description Summary
Description: Key Responsibilities: • Carry out complex assignments and activities, collaborating at all levels throughout the client agency while frequently reporting to the Section Chief on progress and accomplishments.• Initiate requests for partner inputs and track status to ensure situational awareness.• Coordinate with partners, stakeholders, and customers to ensure all parties are aligned on actions and expectations.• Coordinate status of documents and reports, tracking clearance across several teams.• Maintain a database of all incoming and outgoing documentation ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and secure.Required Skills:• 2 + years of experience providing programmatic support• Experience providing customer service to a government agency or their customers• Experience using document tracking systems • Ability to maintain data integrity to provide accurate status and automated reporting• Experience working across government and other organizations to meet goals and objectives• Expertise in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project• U.S. Citizenship required (required by the federal government for the position)• Active Secret Clearance• 2 plus years of experience in project management, project support, or project analysis capacity.• Minimum of 1 year supporting a Federal Client• Excellent oral and written communication skills.• BA/BS degreeDesired Skills:• Experience supporting DHS programs or initiatives• Ability to apply knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, policies, and procedures • Customer service orientation with strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills• Demonstrated attention to detail #techjobs #clearance Job Summary This job is reserved for TCS (Technology and Consulting Services) only. Pay Transparency Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.
