Spearhead strategies, drive the integration of full-text indexing, cost-effective plug-and-play capture, and provide innovative Document Management Systems solutions.

Leverage AI and ML technologies to discern document sentiments, dynamically directing them to appropriate workflows such as complaint handling or insurance processing based on content analysis.

Coaching and mentoring development teams in agile methodologies, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to achieve agile deliverables.

Some areas that we focus on include Children Services, Eligibility & Enrollment, Child Support Enforcement, and Labor & Workforce Development.QualificationsRequired:

Bachelor's degree required.

8+ years of experience leading document management and release management.

State project experience.
