CompuGain is an Information Technology and Business Consulting firm providing project-based solutions, software solutions and professional staffing services. -Position: .Net Developer - Remote (but working EST hours)Duration: 6 Months Contract-To-FulltimeJob Description:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Architect State Medicaid Provider Data Management System (PDMS) solutions including all supporting components leveraging foundational system to ensure backward compatibility with other implementations using .Net technologies.
- Work with System Administration resources to determine optimal AWS deployment architectures and configurations.
- Work with Database Administration resources to architect and optimize SQL Server database to support the PDMS.
- Architect application ensuring compliance with Federal and State driven security requirements.
- Provide guidance and architectural design for both modern and legacy interface development
- Mentor and transition architectural knowledge to development teams.
- Participate in release and integration planning
- Communicate project goals and timelines
- Provide feedback and input to develop strategic solutions
- Ensures compliance with all applicable policies and procedures
- Typically requires an advanced technical degree and a minimum of 12 years in progressively responsible positions using .Net technologies. Solutions previously implemented must include leveraging WebForms and SOAP.
- Individual contributor who oversees large, technically complex projects.
- Ability to understand and communicate advantages of design patterns and guide technical implementation of chosen patterns.
- Demonstrated experience developing complex data models, database optimization using SQL server platforms as well as supporting services including SSIS, SSMS and SSRS.
- Middleware experience, preferably leveraging MQ.
- Consistently works on complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues.
- Knowledgeable of emerging trends and may contribute to and influence best practices within discipline.
- Experience directing the implementation of new product initiatives and enhancements
- Experience with cloud technologies and system integration in a modular environment
- Knowledge of Medicaid
- Extensive Knowledge of the MITA Business, Information and Technical architecture framework
- AWS solutions architect certification or equivalent experience.
- Experience with EDI and X12 transactions.
- Experience developing and deploying microservices based solutions.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of products across functions and business segments in Medicaid MMIS enterprise
