Government Technologies (SGT) is seeking an individual for a position supporting
both Project Coordinator and Project Scheduler activities. This position under
general direction will support Project Managers by performing tasks that are of
an organizational and project activity specific nature and related to
department and project objectives. This individual will be responsible for
establishing and maintaining ongoing partnership with the customer and
subcontractors on assigned projects. This individual will report to the UMCS
program Manager for human resource requirements and direct to the Project
Manager’s as it relates to the project assignments.REQUIREMENTSRMSManagementof the RMS system for the Project managers to include at minimum billings,RFI's and Submittals
InitialRMS setup for new projects
BillingsSolicitsubcontractor invoicing for receipt the 20th of each month and solicit monthly subcontractorinvoice approvals
Takered-lined AIA's; develop and submit billings in RMS and finance
ProvideFeedback to project managers on invoice approvals; obtain written preapprovals
SubmittalsThecoordination and development of project TDP-X submittal packages to CEHNC.Approval or action tracking of same; report to PM's (TDP-I & II only)
Assistthe PM in providing project closeout requirements (TDP-III thru TDP-VI)
FinancialsSolicitsubcontractor forecasts for receipt the 5th of each month and track samethrough month for revenue
SharePointAssistthe PM in maintaining and requesting & setup of project SharePoint sites
ScheduleEffectivelycommunicate relevant project information to the project team
SubcontractorsAssistthe PM in drafting subcontractor SOW’s and creation of PO’s
Solicitsubcontractor certified payroll for receipt the 5th of each month
Solicitsubcontractor monthly safety man-hour reports and totalize per PM forsubmission
General SupportCoordinatedevelopment of APP’s and QCP’s; track subcontractor reporting
Updatemeeting minutes from red-line copies and distribute progress meetings
ServiceOrder development, submissions and tracking
Communicateideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude,and for developing this attitude in others
Keepthe Project Manager and others informed about project status and issues thatmay impact client relations
Effectivelycommunicate all assigned activities to Project Manager or Project Team
Assistingin the development of the RFP documentation
QUALIFICATIONSUnitedStates Citizen with no dual citizenship, need for sponsorship or ties to anyother country
Bachelor’sDegree in Engineering, Business, or a related field experience
Minimumof five (5) years of experience in providing support for large constructionsprojects preferably in government contracting or related support experience asit pertains to the duties of this position
Experiencewith writing reports, performing data analyses, and writing technical documents
Afamiliarity with calibration software like SharePoint, BIM 360, Bluebeam, andArmy Corps Resident Management system (RMS) is a plus
Experienceworking in a customer focused environment with the ability to meet the customers’needs with ease
Stronganalytical capabilities with the ability to manage tasks associated with thedevelopment of projects
Technical acumen, with the ability tounderstand and speak to technical project plans and documents
Abilityto work effectively in a team setting and display leadership and ownership oftasks
Abilityto produce work with minimal errors and take ownership of that work
Abilityto work with and build a strong rapport with subcontractors, customers, andArmy Corp in streaming communications
Strongcollaboration capabilities with project teams in order expedite deliverables
Excellentcommunication skills, both oral and written with the ability to effectivelycommunicate and present the assigned deliverables and possible issues to theProject’s Team
Abilityto learn the process of adapting Earned Value into project schedules
Possessthe capability of obtaining a Project Management Institute certification
Proficientin MS Office Applications
