This position makes product flow recommendations and communicates inventory understock, overstock and slow sellers.ESSENTIAL ACTIVIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Position Activity or Responsibility

Responsible for managing demand forecasts, profiles, and exceptions in the replenishment system

Responsible for SKU/location forecasts, order frequency simulations and profiles for all banners and channels

Responsible for performing Vendor to DC Replenishment

Responsible for performing DC to Store Replenishment

Responsible for creating lift quantities by location for all advertised product using sales history

Responsible for providing input on the development of the assortment definition and product selection to support the category strategy objectives

Responsible for partnering with Merchandise Financial Planner and Assortment & Item Planner to ensure replenishment orders are aligned with plan objectives

Responsible for supporting the buying team with financial management by monitoring replenishment system generated purchases against replenishment open-to-buy

Specialized Experience, Education, Training, or Qualifications:

Professional experience in supply chain management preferred

Strong analytical ability to gather information, to interpret findings and make recommendations

Ability to manage numerous projects of varying difficulty and duration

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
