  • Provide production support for eVA
  • Develop new reports and correct existing reports
  • Perform data extracts in support of customer requests.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance for eVA Billing
  • Provide user training and documentation.
  • Provide technical documentation, particularly around the site configuration and security standards.
