Reservationist/Host

The River and Rail, one of Virginia's top restaurants (featured in The Roanoke Times, Southern Living Magazine, Food Network Magazine, Tasting Table, and Garden & Gun) is growing our team! We're looking for passionate, outgoing individuals to join us as a Host/Reservationist in both full-time and part-time roles.

We love great food, drinks, and service and want team members who share that enthusiasm! If you enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere and have experience in hospitality, we’d love to hear from you.

What we’re looking for:

Attention to detail and organizational skills

A friendly, professional attitude with a focus on customer service

A solid understanding (or eagerness to learn) about our menu, wine, beer, cocktails, and local food producers

You'll be key in ensuring our guests have a fantastic dining experience from the moment they walk through the door.
