Savvee Consulting is seeking to hire a

Resource Analyst to support our federal client in Arlington, VA. This position works closely with the federal client to gather requirements and coordinate the delivery of equipment to the appointed locations.This position is contingent upon award of contract.

Essential Functions
  • Processing and logging requests for new or replacement equipment
  • Reviewing and confirming all order details with stakeholders to ensure accuracy
  • Receives client feedback to implement changes to orders as required
  • Acting as a liaison across the Office of Acquisition, vendors, and headquarter staff to process and coordinate equipment deployment, relocation, transportation, and decommission
  • Routing requests to the appropriate party for adjudication and approval
  • Verifying funding sources and proper charge mapping
  • Tracking the status of each request through its life cycle, including acquisition, deployment, relocation, replacement, and decommission
  • Coordinating all deliveries with stakeholders throughout the country
  • Providing status updates on all orders, shipments, and requests
  • Providing meeting support, including agendas and taking minutes
  • Representing clients at meetings and via teleconferences with equipment vendors and shippers
  • Maintaining a repository of historical files, correspondences, process documentation, and other artifacts.
  • Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to client
  • Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support

Education & Training
  • High School diploma

Minimum Experience & Skills
  • One or more years of logistics experience
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – including excellent phone etiquette
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products

Desired Education/Certifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Five or more years of logistics experience
  • Previous experience with Planning Guide and Design Standards (PGDS) and Checkpoint Requirements and Planning Guide (CRPG)
