Restaurant Delivery Driver needed

)We are a local, family-owned restaurant in the Glen Allen/Innsbrook area. With over 35 years in business, we've built a faithful group of regular customers, long time employees and a good reputation for great food and excellent service. We have an immediate opening for a delivery driver for evening shifts.

The shifts available are Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday starting at 5 pm. These are closing shifts; we close at 9pm Sun-Thurs, and at 10pm on Fri/Sat. We would love to hire 1 person who wants to work all 5 shifts, but can consider 2 applicants as long as they have the right availability. While some additional shifts may arise, candidates must have availability for the above listed days/hours.

Our drivers receive a delivery fee, hourly rate + tips. We do not deliver through any service (GrubHub, etc.). Our delivery range is about 3 miles. Applicants should have a clean driving record, proof of insurance, registration and inspection, and a reliable vehicle. A working knowledge of the west end is really helpful, but if not, must be able to navigate while driving safely.

Drivers represent the store outside our doors, and should dress and look clean and tidy. Drivers must also refrain from any poor displays of behavior while delivering orders. Aside from delivering, our drivers often learn to answer phones/take orders to help out. They are also responsible for taking out trash at each shift, as well as some cleaning at closing.
