This is a leadership position where you will work with product management, Solution Architects and other stakeholders in leading the SAFe practice for a large-scale solution of a shared service platform focused on identifying and mitigating a wide range of cyber risks. You will work closely with the Cloud Architecture and Operations teams to support the client’s mission, priorities, and unique challenges. You will also support the implementation of cyber security COTS offerings focusing on next generation security solutions and technologies.This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.You will be required to be in our Fairfax, VA office two days per week.Your future duties and responsibilities: Engage with product management, solution architects and other stakeholders in planning and organizing large scale solution development Lead Program Increment (PI) planning activities by working closely with Solution Management teams. Oversee the PI planning logistics Ensure active engagement among external/government stakeholders and internal teams, including solution architects, product management and other functional teams Engage with technology/product vendors, government stakeholders and internal teams in driving the data governance requirements, data interface standards leading to effective solution implementation Define, standardize and institutionalize SAFe metrics and collection processes Define process compliance methods Coach solution train stakeholders in SAFe standards and practices Define checkpoints for process compliance and corrections Drive continuous improvement by gathering feedback across PIsRequired qualifications to be successful in this role: Due to the nature of the contract requirements, US citizenship and successful passing of CGI background check is required prior to beginning work. In addition, candidates must have ability to obtain and maintain a DHS EOD/Public Trust clearance. 8+ years of experience in leading SAFe solution management in design, development and deployment of a large solution Experience in leading stakeholder meetings in the context of requirements workshops, solution planning and governance A thorough understanding of SAFe metrics and demonstrated experience in identifying items for improvement by establishing continuous feedback cycles/loops Ability to address uncertainties and identify risks at the program level for an effective and timely solution delivery A thorough understanding of functional responsibilities and swim lanes including architecture, engineering, operations, help desk, PMO etc. Excellent communication skills in driving team collaboration, stakeholder engagement and management Relevant SAFe certification(s) Knowledge, certification(s) and/or experience in Cybersecurity domain Experience in working with government agencies Understanding of shared services models and methodologies Understanding of federal cybersecurity guidance such as NIST SP 800-37, Guide for Applying the Risk Management Framework to Federal Information Systems: a Security Life Cycle Approach and NIST 800-137, Information Security Continuous Monitoring (ISCM) for Federal Information Systems and Organizations.CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
