Jpixx is hiring our first dedicated sales rep to build a proactive outbound pipeline.

We’ve grown through referrals for more than a decade — now we’re ready to expand intentionally into new commercial markets and government sectors.This is NOT a marketing role and NOT an account manager role.

This is a hunter role.You’ll own outbound prospecting, discovery, and dealflow, partnering directly with our founders and producers to bring in new work.If you love opening doors, starting conversations, and selling creative solutions, this role is for you. You’re the Right Fit If You Are:A true outbound salespersonYou’re energized by identifying prospects, reaching out, following up, and booking meetings.Scrappy & entrepreneurialYou can build pipeline from scratch in a creative, fast-moving environment.Experienced selling intangible servicesAgency, production, media, marketing, SaaS, consulting — you’re used to selling ideas, not products.Confident navigating new verticalsEspecially regulated or slow-moving industries (government, education, healthcare, etc.).A relationship builderPeople trust you quickly. You communicate clearly and listen well.A proven closerYou’ve managed a sales cycle from first outreach → signed deal.Hungry for growthYou want to build something — not just maintain a territory. Core Responsibilities1. Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation (primary focus)Build and manage a pipeline of commercial, government, and agency prospectsProactively reach out via email, calls, social, and networkingGet us into the right rooms with the right buyers2. Discovery, Pitching & PresentingLead compelling discovery callsPresent our capabilities clearly and confidentlyHelp clients understand our creative approach3. Proposal & Deal ManagementPartner with producers/owners to scope projectsPrepare proposals and estimatesNegotiate budgets and timelinesClose new business ethically and effectively4. Government & Public-Sector SupportMonitor relevant RFPsHelp qualify opportunitiesSupport our team on proposal submissions (not alone)5.
