Salesforce Developer

DescriptionSAIC is looking for a Salesforce Developer to help us support Salesforce based projects at NASA. This vital role will help us expand several of NASA’s capabilities leveraging the Salesforce Platform.Job Description:

As a Salesforce Developer you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining customized solutions using the Salesforce Platform.

Gathering, developing and analyzing business requirements for solution design on Salesforce.com

Utilizing object-oriented programming and design concepts to advise clients on Salesforce.com solutions

Developing custom applications and performing unit testing using Salesforce.com APEX and Visualforce pages

Performing data migration using Salesforce.com Data Loader

Using Force.com IDE to deploy and migrate applications

Creating process and business flow diagrams use cases, story boards, training documents and job aids for end users and business users using Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint; Supporting and maintaining the applications on Salesforce.com to ensure optimal performance

QualificationsRequired Education:

Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience

Required Skills:

4+ years of hands on experience on Sales/Service Cloud platform and integrations

SFDC Experience working in Lightning/Communities, Lightning Web Components, APEX class / coding, Custom coding, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Flows, CSS, HTML, Templates and Web Services

Experience with GitLab

Experience with SFDX

Familiarity with Agile Development Methodology

Prior experience in Project or program management

Experience working with agile methodology

Salesforce Certifications

Understanding of Salesforce Design and Development Best Practices, Apex Design

Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
