SCCM Administrator for a permanent position.

Job DescriptionThe SCCM Administrator is responsible for maintaining and administering the organization's System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM). To include implementing and managing group policy, Active Directory, OS deployment, and application deployment. To implement and manage SCCM infrastructure, including servers, clients, and related components. Deploy and manage Windows operating systems, including upgrades and patches.

Responsibilities
  • Create\import applications and packages within SCCM.
  • Create application task sequences.
  • Troubleshoot application delivery issues.
  • Application delivery planning\implementation
  • OSD Creation and delivery via SCCM Current Branch
  • Task sequencing building and troubleshooting.
  • HW Driver import and troubleshooting.
  • Build custom reports within SCCM Current Branch
  • Application delivery at build time
  • WIM Build and Capture creation\troubleshooting.
  • WSUS management
  • Windows 10/11 Deployment experience
  • Security Patch Management with SCCM 2016
  • Windows Updates

Qualifications

Knowledge/Skills
  • 2-3 years experience desired
  • Excellent working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Operating Systems including Windows 10, 11
  • Excellent working knowledge of SCCM's Current Branch
  • Strong understanding of SQL 2016\2019
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – articulate and diplomatic manner.

Certifications
  • Baseline Certification (required): CompTIA Security+ CE / CySA+ / SSCP / GSEC
  • Computing Environment Certification in at least 1 area (required): SCCM/Intune generalized training or certification desired.
  • Training (required): Must complete an ITIL Course (ITIL v4 recommended)
  • Minimum Secret Clearance
