Data Systems Analysts, Inc. is searching for a Scrum Master. The Scrum Master will be responsible for all activities necessary to provide secure systems sustainment, management, enhancement, development and integration for the lifecycle administration and deployment functions to the Army located at Fort Eustis, VA. The Scrum Master should have the following experience:
- Bachelor s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or other closely related discipline and 12+ years of relevant experience OR MA/MS Degree and 10+ years of experience
- Two plus years' experience as a Scrum Master supporting application design and sustainment efforts
- Experience with agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc
- Experience with Scrum ceremonies
- Experience with distributed team facilitation
- Experience working in diverse/multiple stakeholder environments.
- Experience in system design, development, and sustainment concepts.
- Experience with IT system sustainment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Five plus years' experience with DoD or Army software and applications development, installation, maintenance, operation, and testing efforts.
- Experience with agile components and techniques like: User Stories, Sprint Retrospectives, Continuous Integration, Test Driven Development, Pair Programming, Automated Testing
- Working knowledge of iterative and incremental development
- Experience with advanced facilitation techniques
- Experience with cybersecurity efforts and Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Experience with cloud migrations including inventory, assessment, and migration planning efforts
- Experience with Azure and AWS cloud solutions and environments
- MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE DOD SECRET CLEARANCE; this will be verified prior to interview. Therefore, s can be considered for this position.
- Scrum Master Certification: Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Must have/get ITIL High Velocity IT certification

- The hours for this role are Full-time, Regular - Start and End times are dependent on customer requirements
