Searching for Live-In Aide

Hey everyone! Hope you're doing well! I'm making this post to send out some feelers. I've been in the process of transitioning to independent living in the Richmond area! However, as this process is slowly inching closer to the end, I still have a vital position I need to fill. I need to fill the position of a Live-In Aide. Originally, this position was filled, but due to some developments, the prior person planning to fill this position is no longer able to. So, I figured I would reach out to all of you in RVA and beyond to see if you have any directions to point me in!

Here's a brief breakdown for the live-in aide responsibilities and expectations: Providing ADLs (Feeding, showering, bathroom assistance etc), basic house keeping tasks (Mopping, sweeping, cooking, vacuuming etc. And I'll stick around with ya as you do it so it's not so boring), proper communication of your schedule and planned days/holidays you want off, dog/cat friendly (I plan on getting a nice furry friend not long after the transition), and the ability to drive occasionally. All care training will be provided. You'll also have nursing present at all times to assist with things as well.

Some things about me: Hi, I'm Iceis! I'm a busy body 22 year old. I'm an artsy fartsy creative type! So, i tend to love to get swallowed in a nice creative project. It also means I'm quite adaptive and a great problem solver. I'm also an ADHDer, so I apologize if I jump from 50 different topics in a conversation with you and you're confused how we get on a subject. I'm probably also confused. It also means that I may need some patience sometimes. Sometimes I need you to rephrase things or give more context. I do really well with communication instead of straight judgment or reactions. I have a great, chaotic and sarcastic sense of humor! I love reading, nature, cooking, baking, anime, video games, coffee shops, and more! I'm one of those alt/emo humans, so I'll probably drag you to hang out with the local Richmond bands, BUT I PROMISE WE'LL HAVE FUN! I'm extremely open minded and easy to get along with. I'm also extremely into activism. Currently, I just applied for the Partners In Policymaking program at the Virginia Board for People With Disabilities. I attended many other training programs and workshops through the VBPD as well. I intend to stay very active in disability advocacy along with advocacy for marginalized people in general in my community. I'm also planning to apply for VCU to get my undergrad in Biology between this fall and next Spring. I do fall under the LGBTQ+ umbrella. It's perfectly fine if you don't. I just ask you respect it. Totally down for this to be a friendly relationship. No need to keep things so bland and overly professional.

Extra info: Ahhhh, so you made it this far in the post and you think this sounds like a position you're interested in? Great! Here's some other info. YOU WILL BE COMPENSATED! You're looking at close to 3K monthly. Possibly more. I would be in charge of logging your hours, but an agency is responsible for paying you. Say you and I hit it off great and we decide to proceed, you'll still have to go through the screening process with the SRAP (State Rental Assistance Program) since you're considered a reasonable accommodation. HOWEVER, it should be pretty easy and painless. You will NOT be listed on my lease or be responsible for any household expenses. However, that also means that if our employment agreement is no longer in play, you will have to leave. I don't see many circumstances where that would take place though. If you're respectful and do your job, I have no intention of ever firing you out of the blue. Also, if you are in the medical field already or want to go to nursing school or something, I'd be more than happy to write you a recommendation for your school or next job after me.
