Now Hiring: Part-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSP)

Flexible Morning, Evening and Weekend Shifts Available

Locations: Forest, Evington, Rustburg, Appomattox/Pamplin and Madison Heights, VA

Lewis Support Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). As a DSP, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in residential group home settings.

Responsibilities include:

-Assisting individuals with meals, personal hygiene, and mobility/lifting

-Supporting daily living activities and maintaining a clean, safe home environment

-Providing transportation and assistance for appointments and community outings

-Fostering independence and meaningful engagement in the community

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience in direct care, human services, or a related field (preferred but not required)
