Semiconductor Device Physics Project Manager to work in our Arlington, VA office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. Job Description: ECS is seeking a technical project manager to oversee DARPA R&D efforts in Semiconductor Device Physics. In this role, you will work directly with DARPA leadership on technical project management and support future research efforts in ultra-high temperature sensors and RF device technologies. Responsibilities will include:- Generating, maintaining, and executing integrated master schedules for research programs.
- Evaluating project risks and providing mitigation solutions.
- Support the coordination and execution of program-funded testing.
- Assess individual performer risks, track performer progress relative to plan, project anticipated performer outcomes and ensure that project management best practices are followed.
- Attending and organizing program reviews and site visits.
- Provide technical evaluations and guidance on reports, briefings, and other performer communications.
- Presentation and report preparation.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
- Master's in Electrical Engineering, Physics or related technical field.
- 5+ years' industry experience in technical program management.
- Strong understanding of state-of-the-art transistor technologies and principles: JFET, HEMT, CMOS, bandgap, etc.
- Experience with high-temperature transistor properties and technologies: silicon carbide and GAN.
