Location: Remote

About This Role:

Delivers custom research projects and solutions to client problems that may not be adequately addressed through syndicated products alone. Creates reports and presentations that contain findings, insights and recommendations. Works closely with sales team to support renewals, cross-sells, up-sells while also working closely with Custom Analytics, Survey research, Statistical Analysis and Product Support to deliver work and build offerings that anticipate and meet market demand.

What You'll Do:
  • Manages client relationships & works with high profile, Enterprise clients in Technology and Digital space
  • Analyzes data, finds meaningful insights, and summarizes/presents findings in ways that are easy to understand
  • Perform quality checks to identify data errors and/or validates Comscore data with external sources
  • Coordinates various projects and requests across internal & external stakeholders while meeting deadlines
  • Perform end-to-end client project management of client requests, including the facilitation of client meetings, leading conversations, and ensuring that action items are performed
  • Works on deepening client relationships and penetration, helps support Sales renewals; identifies new business/upsell opportunities
  • Supports client feedback loop to ensure client satisfaction; assesses what improvements may be needed
  • Identifies process efficiencies and automation opportunities
  • May supervise other's work; grows technical capability in others; mentors new hires

What You'll Need:
  • BS Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications, Research, or similarly related discipline
  • 4+ years of consumer/customer insight experience, including interpreting large data sets, creating reports, and presenting to clients
  • Project management expert, having 2+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and client relationships
  • Natural curiosity, passion for research and providing value to clients and partners
  • Eagerness to find new solutions and take ownership of own learning; develop industry or client expertise
  • Experience in the digital advertising ecosystem (publishers, agencies, marketers/advertisers) and Comscore data a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
