Here, you will help lead our industry forward and make your career.Job Description •Implement, configure, and support Oracle HCM modulesby configuring custom Oracle Job and Duty and Data roles per business needs with custom security in the Security Console module; use the HCM application's role auto provisioning rules to allocate roles to employees and line managers. •Maintain existing software by making necessary changes to the existing HCM application roles and security during the upgrade to make certain that the application work as expected in the new release; enable new features in releases and train teams. •Use a process-driven approach in designing and developing solutions. •Design and verify technology solutions to meet business and technical requirements; create functional and technical documents; responsible for running testing scripts to ensure requirements are met; design interfaces to convey benefits data to a third-party program in the pattern specified by the third-party. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent degree, and four years' experience in complex software application design and development using Oracle HCM modules. Experience must include Agile (Scrum, TDD, BDD, etc.), and UNIX (Shell Scripts, SQL, XML. Additional InformationThe future is what you make it to be.
