We are looking for an associate with an HR-oriented mindset to support talent development for the program. In the role, the associate will support the role placement process and Performance Management for the program. In order to be successful in the role, the associate must be a positive, solutions and customer-oriented problem solver with a proven track record of strong prioritization and project management skills.Summary of Responsibilities:

Manage delivery of all performance management cycles and activities for program associates in partnership with local Line Of Business (LOB) teams, including education, communications, and tracking; partner with Talent Development Lead on PM strategy

Partner with Talent Development Lead and the business to prioritize Analyst Development Program (ADP) roles, select and train managers, place incoming associates and rotate all second year associate role placement for program associates, develop and facilitate manager training, and work with tech teams to deliver experiences via Allocate/Rotate

Enthusiastically build and manage relationships with business leaders, Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs), associates, managers, and other partners across a range of levels, business functions and geographies on the following: demand collection, allocation/rotation, performance management, associate issues, and more as needed

Support planning for & attend associate events, including training weeks, monthly town halls, executive speakers buddy program, etc.

Basic Qualifications:

Associate's degree or military experience

At least 2 years of Human Resources OR project management OR process management OR program management experience or any combination

Preferred qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in human resources or at least 3 years of consulting or a combination

At least 1 year of experience interpreting metrics and trends

Experience in Campus Programs or Recruiting

Proficient knowledge of PowerPoint or Google Slides

Proficient knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets

Strong empathetic communication skills with varying levels of leaders and associates

Ability to quickly and effectively adapt to change

Proven problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills

Ability to embrace new systems and process enhancements

Willingness to work flexible hours due to varying needs within the program

High degree of professionalism and integrity when interacting with all customer contacts
