Job Title: Senior Budget and Finance SupportLocation: Falls Church, VAJob Type : Full-Time with Sparksoft Job Summary:The Senior Financial Analyst shall have in-depth expertise, working knowledge and experience with the DoD, DHA, and Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) governance requirements; Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) process; planning, programming and budgeting processes; IT business analysis; financial management and analysis; requirements elicitation; and process analysis to advise and provide the DHA Leadership with the essential information to serve as the basis for informed investment management decision-making. Education/ Experience Level:- Must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years professional experience, with DoD experience preferable.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
