Req ID: RQ165525Type of Requisition: RegularClearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain: NonePublic Trust/Other Required: NoneJob Family: Functional ExpertsSkills:Business,Documentations,Office Administration,PrioritizationExperience:5 + years of related experienceJob Description:SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYSTAs the primary liaison between key program stakeholders and technical resources, the Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for capturing needs accurately, ensuring technical resources understand these needs and ensuring the solution meets program needs.HOW A SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT● Analyze user needs and performs research and functional analysis on a variety of projects.● Act as the Product Owner/Primary Point-of-Contact for assigned programs, projects, and applications.● Gather, understand, and utilize disparate information to develop requirements, inform decisions, and make recommendations.● Detailed and thorough information gathering and documentation utilizing Business Analysis best practices.● Superior analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly approach ambiguous business needs/problems.● Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage several projects/deliverables simultaneously while remaining flexible with changing priorities.● Work both independently and collaboratively to guide cross-functional teams in analyzing business, solution, and technical needs in a data/analytics heavy project environment.● Communicate effectively with strong personalities and the ability to summarize detailed information in an organized, concise manner.WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science - Management Information Systems (MIS) or related degree that mixes both business and technical coursework.● Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience● Skills and Abilities:

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including the use of Pivot Tables to perform simple data analysis.

Basic understanding of conditional logic (i.e., if/then/else, and/or, etc.)

Experience with healthcare claims data, data analysis, and report design.

Experience with healthcare quality measures developed by national and federal organizations (i.e., CMS Core Set, HEDIS, etc.).

Experience using Jira for project management and Confluence for documentation management.
