Provides support and coordination for the change strategies and activities of the Enterprise Work and Asset Management (EWAM) Project. This role will develop plans, guide additional resources, and deploy strategies focused on successful adoption and sustainment of change across the workforce.Duties Include:Responsible for gathering and analyzing change impact informationReview and monitor change action plan progress with key stakeholder groupsSupport change readiness surveys and results analysisIdentify and monitor Go Live Readiness criteriaManage Go Live Readiness dashboardsDeliver communications to organizationLead the change champion network plan, materials and other development activitiesResponsible for leading analysis projects and making recommendations for changes to internal processes and/or standards/specifications in order to create more efficient and economical operations for Dominion Energy and Dominion Delivery business areas.Provide leadership on multiple concurrent projects to identify, evaluate, prioritize, scope, and meet objectives for business processes within the entire business unit without jeopardizing reliability, availability, or safety.Lead activities of matrixed, cross-functional project teams; generate sponsorship and manage customer expectations for projects; bring projects to closure; develop and communicate business cases to support recommendations; and, monitor the progress associated with the implementation of recommended changes.Perform other duties as requested or assigned.Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & ExperienceThe knowledge, skills, abilities and experience required for entry into this job include the following:5+ years of experience with fully executing projects.The knowledge, skills, abilities and education required for entry into this job include the following:Knowledge of change management/training principles, methodologies, and toolsStrong planning and organizational skills with the ability to facilitate and/or work on multiple project teams simultaneously;Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making, along with knowledge of when to get others involved;Proficient in application of business process improvement methodology, benchmarking, and change management;Strong customer service orientation.Education RequirementsDegree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:BachelorDisciplines Preferred:Project ManagementCommunicationsLiberal ArtsOther disciplines may be substituted for the preferred discipline(s) listed above.Licenses, Certifications, or Quals DescriptionWorking ConditionsOffice Work Environment 76 -100%Travel Up to 25%Other Working ConditionsTest DescriptionNo Testing RequiredExport ControlCertain positions at Dominion Energy may involve access to information and technology subject to export controls under U.S. law.
