Job Title: Senior Data EngineerLocation: Herndon, VADuration: Full time job Collaborate with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in data engineering space.Work with a team of developers with deep experience in Python, Spark and cloud concepts such as (EMR, ECS, Lambda)Utilize programming languages like Python and Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases and Cloud based data warehousing services such as SnowflakeFlexible in experimenting with and learning new technologies, Collaborate with Product owner and Tech lead to solve Business user questions on the data pipelines team supports and resolve infrastructure issues.Experience in AWS tech stack( EMR, S3, ECS, EC2)Basic qualifications:Bachelor DegreeAt least 5+ years of experience requiredHands on experience with Big DataMust have experience with Apache Spark, Designing and implementing highly performant data ingestion & transformation pipelines from multiple sources using Databricks and SparkStreaming and Batch processes in DatabricksExperience in Python AND AWS RedshiftExperience with major querying tools preferred SQLAWS/Cloud is MustAbout IDEXCEL, INC Idexcel is an IT services organization, with a mission to bring great people and great organizations together.
