Job Description As a valued colleague on our team, you will provide expert advice to and guide the team in building, developing, or designing functionality for a product, as well as guide and ensure the ongoing implementation, enhancement, or maintenance of existing products. THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe Senior Data Product Manager role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

Support development of the design strategy for new products.

Act as team lead on implementation process for new products.

Identify opportunities for product improvements.

Lead team members on the product lifecycle and ongoing maintenance.

Ensure product strategy is in alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMMinimum Required Experiences

At least 4 years of relevant experience

Well versed in product ownership related to Data Management, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and Data Governance domains

Well versed in querying/parsing structured, semi-structured and unstructured data to extract information and generate insights

Desired Experiences

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

6-8 years of experience preferred

End-to-end experience in delivering digital products from conception to launch

Ability to define product priorities, business vision, and feasibility assessments

Advanced knowledge of data governance concepts, metadata driven development, data quality automation concepts

Proven track record of successfully managing complex applications and delivering complex transformation projects in a timely and cost-effective manner

A team player with a collaborative working style and a willingness to contribute to all aspects of team's work product

Demonstrated ability to create an atmosphere of shared purpose and fosters an environment of creativity in solving business problems

Exhibits good business judgment and creativity in assessing and evaluating product ideas

Passion for data and ; technology and are not a stranger to cloud, microservices, design thinking, data based decision-making etc.

Experience with, and preferably certified in AWS technologies

Manage the product backlog of features and epics using the appropriate enterprise tool

Assist Business Architecture teams in mapping and modeling the business processes. Ensure product future state alignment with business, technical and data architecture

Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Skilled in SQL

Skilled in Tableau

Skilled in Excel

Experience using JIRA
