Senior Database Programmer- Remote

Our Client is seeking a Database Programmer to join our team and support a system modernization and maintenance project. 100% Remote Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, develop, build, analyze, evaluate, install and administer database management systems to include database modeling and design, relational database architecture, metadata and repository creation and configuration management.
• Design and implement databases with respect to access methods, access time, batch processes, validation checks, organization, ETL tasks, protection and security, documentation, and statistical methods
• Analyze customer requirements and provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
• Prepare system requirements, source analysis and process analyses and design throughout the database implementation.
• Define database organizations, standards, controls, procedures, and documentation.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.

• BA/BS in a related field (or with equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5 years of relative experience
• Experience in an Agile environment - preferably Scrum methodology
• Detailed oriented with good organizational and analytical skills
• Experience in Online Transactional Processing (OLTP) and Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) systems
• Experience with Stored Procedures, Views, Triggers and other database object
