Job Title: Senior DesignerJob DescriptionAs a Senior Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating complex 3D models and assemblies using SolidWorks. You will collaborate with engineers and designers to develop CAD models that meet project requirements, including structural, mechanical, and electrical components. You will generate precise technical drawings and documentation to communicate design intent, including dimensions, tolerances, and material specifications. Your responsibilities will also include assisting in the analysis and optimization of designs for manufacturing efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and performance improvements. Conducting thorough reviews and quality checks of your own work to ensure accuracy and adherence to project standards is essential. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers, to meet project goals and deadlines. Additionally, you will identify and resolve design issues and provide innovative solutions to design challenges. Staying current with SolidWorks software updates and industry best practices to maintain a high level of proficiency is expected. Maintaining organized records of design files and documentation for future reference and revisions is also a key part of your role.Hard Skills
