Senior Enterprise Agile CoachHybrid to Vienna, VA W2 ContractMindseeker is looking for a Senior Enterprise Agile Coach to support one of the top financial institutions in the country. Essentisl Job Functions
- Use subject matter expertise to coach and lead new and existing teams on Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices, and influence leadership and associates on the culture change required to shift from a traditional to an Agile methodology.
- Teach, lead, and mentor cross-functional business groups to build, sustain, and strengthen Agile values, SAFe and scrum concepts and practices, providing them the necessary tools and guidance to successfully implement across high-impact programs throughout the enterprise
- Ensure Agile project metrics are being tracked and monitored for indications of potential problem areas and assist teams in identifying and implementing solutions to address the problems
- Lead and oversee the coaching and planning of multiple high-performing Agile development teams and large-scale programs across the enterprise
- Lead Agile teams through product framing and discovery, including defining business KPIs, product vision, user story mapping, and other framing activities
- Drive consistent Agile practices and strategy across the organization to enhance business value delivery and responsiveness to organization and marketplace opportunities
- Certified as a SAFe Program Consultant
- Significant experience launching an Agile Release Train
- Significant experience in leading SAFe training sessions, workshops, ways of working, planning sessions and creating required documentation and materials
- Significant experience working in an Agile environment as a Senior Agile Coach (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, DevOps, etc.), successfully coaching and transitioning teams, programs, and portfolios
- Significant experience in successful Agile transformation at scale in large enterprise organizations
- Significant experience with different Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, XP, SAFe, etc.)
- Significant experience in coaching and developing people and teams, influencing behavior change and establishing sustainability through cultural change
- Significant experience in working with JIRA or Microsoft Azure Boards
