We're working hard to reuse, modernize, and simplify our Tech Stack while protecting our clients and building cloud-based applications that work seamlessly together.What You'll Do:- Lead and manage a portfolio of diverse technology projects, and one or more teams of engineers focussed on Salesforce development as well as full-stack and automation test engineers
- Mentor and guide the professional development of engineers on your team
- Collaborate with digital product managers, and deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences to help millions of Americans achieve financial empowerment
- Lead continuous improvement for engineering practices in this space
- Work within and across agile teams to design, develop, test and implement cutting-edge solutions
- Utilize the full suite of Salesforce modules, toolsets and coding languages, along with Amazon Connect telephony and other AWS services to integrate with Salesforce
- Share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, participating in internal & external technology communities, and mentoring other members of the engineering community
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 8 years of experience in Software engineering (Internship experience does not apply)
- At least 4 years of experience in Salesforce Software Engineering
- At least 4 years of people management experience
- Master's Degree
- Salesforce Certified Developer or Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
- 5+ years of experience in at least one of the following: Salesforce development with Apex, Native, VisualForce, Lightning framework, SOQL
- 7+ years of people management experience
- 1+ years of experience with a public cloud (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- 1+ years experience of in Amazon Connect Telephony
- 2+ years of experience in Agile practices
