- Java and Salesforce or Pega exp. Cloud based exp. Is also helpful.
- Working with Front end applications exp. UX/UI teams.
- 5-8 Years Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Product Management, Engineering or equivalent work experience is required
- IT and business experience in product planning, design, and delivery, preferably across multiple hardware and software platforms
- Previous product owner experience in a dynamic high-technology environment
- Experience as a product owner in an Agile environment
- Ability to understand future product needs and influence their prioritization with all stakeholders, so that the scrum team can execute them
- Ability to make timely product decisions to ensure smooth flow of work into delivery teams
- Experience working with and leading Agile delivery teams
- Experience in Health insurance domain is desirable
- Experience in developing and deploying cloud-based customer service applications; experience with ServiceNow highly desired
- Deep understanding and experience of web and cloud technologies
- Experience in creating compelling UX/UI
- Knowledge of an Agile Systems Development Lifecycle and the Project Management Lifecycle.
- Business savviness and ability to discover the potential business and product opportunities
- Experience with Product Roadmap development and influencing key stake holder s for buy in on business priorities
