Your Impact:- The Product Owner Senior / Product Data Analyst Role will be part of the Multifamily Technology team, helping to transform the way in which the company does business. The role develops and drives the product vision and strategy for the Multifamily Data Platform and is responsible for all aspects of data delivery for several internal customers and product teams from multiple business lines
- Understanding the Data and Drive Data Delivery - Realize what information is required and when… whether that information is shared between systems, people, or a combination of the two and how it is used to deliver data solutions
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years’ experience in Business Systems Analysis, Data Analysis, and working in Data Delivery
- 3+ years’ experience as a Product Owner
- Requires strong data analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and disseminate significant amounts of information about said data with attention to detail and accuracy
- Data analysis skills to support data mapping, data querying, and profiling
- Experience working in Agile project delivery methodology and Agile tools such as JIRA and TFS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of the mortgage industry, preferably commercial or multifamily real estate (origination, underwriting, securitization, servicing, and asset management)
- Nice to have skills – Agile Certification, Data Management Training, Feature and User Story Grooming,
- Experience with Data Technologies like NoSQL Databases – MongoDB
