About the Opportunity

The Corporate Planning Department has an immediate opening for a Senior Project Manager. In the role, you will provide expertise and direction on small to large-scale complex projects; offer varying levels of project management oversight and directly influences activities on business-critical projects from initial planning through solution implementation and validation of results; use industry-standard best practices to assure delivery of project goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables, as well as compliance with all project management processes; and provide collaborative or consultative work of moderate complexity in areas of problem resolution, and department-level performance improvement. Working on a team, you will report to a Senior Manager.

What You Will Do:
  • Align project objectives with business line strategy, goals, and objectives
  • Prioritize requirements to define scope and create an efficient and effective project plan
  • Facilitate project meetings, including some continuous improvement related activities, for both team members and executive sponsors
  • Keep leaders informed of key issues which may impact project completion, budget, or other results
  • Evaluate impact from project to ensure charter objectives are achieved

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 9 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • PMP and/or Lean Sigma GB+ certification preferred
  • Agile experience desired

Knowledge & Skills:
  • Broad and deep knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Knowledge of and experience utilizing continuous improvement tools
  • Exceptional organizational skills; prudent judgement and decision-making ability, and an innovative approach to problem solving
  • Ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Outstanding oral and written communication with the ability to provide clear and concise information and/or instruction to key stakeholders

  • The hiring range for the Technical PM, Senior is $95,300 - $119,100, annually.
