Role: Senior Project Manager/Program Manager

Work location: Arlington, VA or New York (only Locals)Experience: 12+ years Main responsibilities:

Own, plan and lead the program delivery of Corporate systems integration efforts
Ability to investigate business needs to provide input into solutions.
Building and managing strong partnership with business constituents.
Ability to recognize and summarize major patterns, identify edge cases, suggest conclusions / recommendations to enable business decision making.
Create, write, edit and deliver effective and appropriate internal communication materials
Analyze people and business processes, and make recommendations for improvement
Partner with development team managers to present and implement communication and change management strategies
Should have worked in Financial domain Capital Market– Wealth Management

Required skills and experience:

7+ years of experience in project and program management working with global business stakeholders
Advanced analytical and problem solving skills with ability to grasp complexities and relationship between issues
Ability to think commercially and identify potential process improvements and savings for the firm
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels
Learn quickly to acquire the required business and technical knowledge
Good verbal and written communication skills with experience in writing documentation.
Must be able to get the message across to a variety of audiences
