Sr Telecom Project Manager Specialist, duties and responsibilities will include; Consulting, Engineering and design of complex voice, data(LAN/WAN), wireless, CATV/CCTV, DAS, Paging, and other telecommunications systems and their respective infrastructure support systems. This includes producing low voltage telecommunications infrastructure engineering documentation (i.e. engineering drawings and installation specifications), White-papers, and Technology Master Plans. Other responsibilities include; estimating hours needed to perform IT/Telecom design work, managing your time to meet project schedules, site surveys, inspection services, RFI Reviews, and product specifications. This role is open to any location near a GHD hub office in the Southeast or Northeast. Preferred locations are

Chantilly or Charlotte. As Team Leader, duties include; Managing other RCDD Project Mangers workloads and coordination of project schedules, coordinate with other engineering disciplines and Project Mangers. This role will have both internal and external clients and will support design projects as well as meet with clients to perform business development activities. This new strategic position will enhance GHD Digital's IT and Security business to increase market sectors and market share. Provide Leadership over the IT/Telecommunications engineers.

Required Skills:
  • Active RCDD certification
  • 10+ years experience Managing complex Telecom Projects and managing vendors and staff in delivery
  • Evidence of successful Management of large scale RCDD projects including schedules and budgeting
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Manage other Project Managers and multiple engineering disciplines
  • Proposal writing and marketing/sales experience a plus
