Our client, a leading financial institution is looking for a Senior Release Train Engineer to help establish best practices among multiple teams of diverse qualities. We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. - Listen to each of these program leads to help establish standardization and best practices as well as strategy and help the teams work closely together
- Use Jira Align for reporting, metrics driving decision making and interpretation of results for leadership, intent identification and strategy development
Requirements of the Senior Release Train Engineer: - Must have transformation and data teams experience within an established SAFe environment
- Demonstrated experience working to understand teams, establish best practices and listen to stakeholders and technical teams to identify issues and build a bridge to resolutions
