Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Senior Operations Manager to join our team to support our government clients. The Salesforce Senior Operations Manager is a multifaceted role managing Salesforce platform support teams in collaboration with other development teams. As a Senior Operations Manager for Salesforce delivery projects, you will work on management, solution architecture and development lifecycle processeswhile providing innovative solutions collaboratively in an agile environment for government clients. Job Responsibilities As a Senior Operations manager supporting Salesforce Projects, you will:
  • Support and maintain Salesforce platform operations, data integrity, project management, processes, and best practices to strategically drive innovation and initiative around multi-org platform updates, new configurations, applications and integrations with other solutions.
  • Support the current Salesforce platform team in building a cohesive, streamlined and quality solutions in an Agile environment.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager, platform Product Owners, client Salesforce Architect, and platform development team.
  • Define technical best practices for implementations.
  • Provide architecture/ high level design documents.
  • Develop comprehensive configuration designs, use cases, test conditions, and training documentation to support the successful implementation of initiatives and processes.
  • Identify and recommend Salesforce based solutions, integration points and related implementation architecture for business usage improvements, scalability and performance.

Required

Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of direct experience with Salesforce products and platform.
  • Experience managing users, data, and security in a Salesforce org (single and multi-org structures) with 1,000+ users
  • Experience in prioritizing and managing process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing data integrity, reporting capability, and process efficiency
  • Knowledge in developing and executing operational maturity recommendations to improve the overall performance, efficiency and effectiveness of the Salesforce platform
  • Knowledge of developing and executing automated test strategy (includes best practices, guidelines, process, tooling)
  • Ability to monitor, troubleshoot and recommend solutions for integrations between Salesforce and other FDIC systems.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage coordination with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Expertise with capture, evaluation and direct business requirements to create clear user stories, business process workflows, and solution deliverables with the required information to identify the best to implement the solution(s).
  • Experience working in team-bases delivery environment with agile/scrum methodology.

  • Scrum Master certification or Certification in Agile methodology
  • Salesforce Administrator Advanced Certification
  • Salesforce Lightning Experience
  • Experience in using business process design applications such as Visio.
