Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group has partnered with a global consulting firm to find a

Senior Software Architect. This is a contract role with a hybrid work schedule. The Architect will spearhead the coordination between sales activities and product implementation for customer environments.

Responsibilities:

Provide installation, integration, and configuration resources to address the customers' requirements
Facilitate virtual and on-site efforts to deploy the product in alignment with government security policies and the customers' requirements
Ensure the platform is tightly integrated with the client's systems
Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify/manage any deviations to achieve the client's goals

Qualifications/Background Profile:

Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
6-10 years of relevant experience
4+ years' experience deploying client-server products and end-to-end solutions within complex government enterprise environments
Experience with endpoint technologies including BitLocker, user profiles/registries, certificate stores, UEFI, and networking (virtual and physical)
Experience with Kubernetes and containers
Experience configuring Hyper-V virtual machines and virtual networking to support endpoint and server configurations/operations
Experience with Linux endpoints, including package management, Bash scripting, and network configuration
Experience with Windows domain fundamentals including domain controllers, AD Site and Services, Replication, GPOs, and ADFS
Knowledge of networking principles (e.g., DNS, DHCP, PKI/Certificates, VPN (IPsec/SSL))
