Lead the development of the Technical Solution including our Approach, Graphics, and Roadmap with differentiated strengths, tailoring Team SAIC capabilities to the customer problem set
Leverage domain expertise, develop comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and lead the development of a complete and highest-rated technical solution and price competitive proposal
Support capture with customer meetings by presenting SAIC's capabilities, services and solutions
Provide overall integration technical guidance and leadership for delivery of projects to ensure the solutions meet both the business and technical requirements
Define and deliver architecture deliverables including diagrams, integration standards
Conduct requirements and solution concept workshops for enterprise scale implementations
QualificationsRequired:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Architecture
Minimum of 10 of related experience
Active Secret security clearance
Experience working within the Intelligence Community in a technical position, either as an Employee or as a Contractor
Experience winning large, complex government Engineering, IT or Mission Support programs
Extensive experience as the lead technical architect on large ($50M+) government procurements either responding to or evaluating
Understanding of technology methodologies, best practices, delivery models or frameworks relevant to individuals domain area expertise
Expert-level written and verbal communication skills; experience transitioning solution into written/oral proposal
Understand costs, schedule and level of effort associated with delivering a solution
While remote work is possible, candidate must be in the Chantilly office / at customer meetings as required
Desired:
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Architecture
Active TS/SCI security clearance
Expertise in one or more of the following areas: NLP, AI/ML, Data Migration, Cyber Security, and/or Application Development
Experience with Agile Project Management, DevSecOps, ETL, Cloud platforms
Certifications in any of the following: AWS, ITIL, MCSE, CISSP, PMP
