Service Coordinator

I am currently recruiting 2 outgoing Customer Service Representative to join the Service Department for a car dealership in the Virginia Beach, VA area.If you are interested read over the description below and apply. DescriptionAnswers and handles inbound calls to the Service Departments, scheduling appointments and providing assistance as necessary

Obtains detailed, accurate and specific customer, vehicle and service information

Monitors appointments, contacting no-shows daily to reschedule

Proactively contacts customers and conducts other outbound calls as necessary

Retrieves and handles after-hours voicemails appropriately

Brings any potential customer dissatisfaction issues to the attention of the Service Customer Care Center

Ensures the dealership meets or exceeds the manufacturer’s national average for customer satisfaction

Maintains safe work environment

Completes all other projects and duties as assigned
