Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow ITIL Senior Practitioner to join our team to support our government clients. In this remote role, the candidate can be located anywhere in the United States. This multi-faceted opportunity is a leadership role on our ServiceNow capability team that is growing and provides room for creativity and growth for a dynamic and exciting career path. The ServiceNow ITIL Senior Practitioner works in collaboration with teams across the business to support clients looking for creative solutions! As a ServiceNow Senior ITIL Practitioner you will work on full ServiceNow lifecycle processes that translate business requirements into functioning software systems, services, and solutions. This role is an opportunity to apply and grow your skillset in ITIL with a motivated and rapidly growing company, servicing a wide range of technology forward clients, and building CGS capabilities.

Job Responsibilities As a ServiceNow Senior ITIL Practitioner, you will:
  • Provide domain expertise in ServiceNow implementation and functionality
  • Develop and define core ITIL processes along with your customer
  • Elicit and document requirements into workflows, user stories and/or requirements specifications
  • Design and/or execute software tests
  • Create and present detailed designs, plans, and training to customers
  • Prepare workflows, user stories, design specifications and other artifacts

RequiredQualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance
  • 8+ years of relevant experience implementing ServiceNow, with at least two full implementation cycles
  • Understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules
  • Experience with ServiceNow Knowledge Management and advanced KM concepts
  • Understanding of User Experience concepts
  • Ability to elicit and document customer requirements
  • Ability to design execute software tests
  • Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience in project delivery and working directly with customers and clients
  • Ability to create and present detailed designs, plans, and training to customers
  • Ability to work in a project-oriented consulting environment and provide estimates of effort and communicate status to management
  • Facilitation of organizational change management
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations
  • ITIL V3 or V4 foundation certification
  • Extended ITIL certifications highly desirable
